1.5 Quality of Writing

Welcome to the Pennsylvania Writing Project Network's Teacher Resource Clearinghouse.

National Writing Project fellows from sites within Pennsylvania are invited to submit lesson plans for consideration. If you wish to submit a lesson plan, please select "Submit LP." On the submit page, pay specific attention to the lesson submission fields which have explanations to guide you through the submission process.

If you are interested in searching for a specific lesson plan, please select "Search." On the search page, you can look through the database by using keywords or standards. If you do not input anything in the search fields, you will get a list of all submitted lesson plans.
If you want to see the lesson plan(s) aligned to grade-level standards, please select "Standards." On the standards page, select the appropriate grade level to view the standards, writing domains and corresponding lesson plans. You also have the option of choosing "All Grades" to see the entire lesson plan database aligned with the standards.
