hardcopyPennsylvania Educational Leadership (PEL) is the professional journal of the Pennsylvania Association for Supervision and Curriculum Development (PASCD).

PEL is typically published two times per year. Manuscripts are accepted year round. Topics address the interests and concerns of Pennsylvania educators at all levels and include descriptions of curriculum improvement projects, discussions of trends and issues, views on instructional strategies, statements of theoretical positions, accounts of staff development and supervisory practices, reports of formal research projects and teacher inquiries.
